All to often I get people ask me how I have a six pack or how did I get arms that are defined. It’s simple, I dedicated myself to the process. It’s not a hard process really. You workout, clean up your food a bit, and never give up. So whether it’s getting in shape or competing in an area like CrossFit; the key is to never give up.
